Designing
Merlin®'s design and configuration tool lets you enter your key application parameters through a database-driven interface. It then guides you through a series of menu-driven prompts that help you specify your complete system. As you go, you can download both 2D & 3D CAD drawings of the individual components you have selected.
Merlin® keeps track of your configuration for you, and lets you review and alter your choices at any time. You can even create "what-if" scenarios for future comparison. When your design is complete, you can view or download comprehensive 2D General Assembly drawings of your custom design.
Ordering
Completed your design and ready to buy? Detailed information such as lead times and pricing is available immediately - with a click of your mouse.
Merlin® lets you design and create any number of "what-if" scenarios, so you can make price and delivery comparisons before ordering. Even more, Merlin® simplifies the ordering of repeat systems or spare components. To order custom parts, just call up a parts lists for a previous order, select the line items to reorder, choose the new quantity to add to your shopping card and click on "Buy". Standard parts can be quickly ordered using part or serial numbers.
Tracking
Merlin® makes tracking your order incredibly convenient. Once your order has been submitted, you can perform an Order Inquiry from anywhere, at any time. You can list your orders by Order Date, select a specific component or system, and see exactly how far your hot runner order has progressed through the channel - from engineering to manufacturing to assembly to shipping.

Sharing
Merlin® Collaboration allows you to share order information including parts lists and custom GA drawings with partner companies and suppliers. This creates a constant communcation link making data exchange fast and easy. Perfect for re-designing, re-ordering or servicing systems.
