Using the K Show as an opportunity to further showcase proven technologies, Mold-Masters plans a major focus on the Master-Series, Accu-Valve and Fusion-Series products. “We feel that these core product lines have continuously delivered excellent results for our global customer base in applications for all industries” says Hans Hagelstein, Managing Director of Mold-Masters Europa.
The Next-Generation Master-Series will be shown and continues to offer customers a robust and thermally superior design with the broadest range in nozzle sizes on the market. With innovative gating options, standard and custom designs, the product line offers customers value and performance.
Accu-Valve, the industry’s most-researched cylindrical valve gate is quickly becoming the benchmark for valve gating performance. At K 2007, the Accu-Valve CX and EX will be showcased as the proven leader in precision, reliability, and fastest color change performance for a valve gate. And with the patented V-Guide system, it is the only system of its kind engineered to eliminate risk of material or gassing residues from dictating your maintenance schedule.
Fusion-Series, the most feature packed large part solution has continued to see success since its launch at NPE in 2006 in automotive applications that take advantage of its ease of integration, robustness, and performance.
The TMMZ and TMXL series temperature controllers will be featured at the show displaying Mold-Masters powerful proprietary software and functionality – product benefits that have led to major increases in controller penetration globally by Mold-Masters .
Mold-Masters will also be demonstrating new product releases focusing on packaging markets, valve-actuation designs, drop-in systems and temperature controllers. Also on display will be new advances in industry changing gating technologies, hot runner balancing and material properties that up until now have been strictly confidential in nature.
Global Presence and Capacity
Currently Mold-Masters has 27 global facilities world-wide with manufacturing locations spanning 4 continents offering customers the largest global capacity in the Hot Runner industry.
The German facility located in Baden-Baden has gone through major re-construction with an entire new manufacturing hall addition. Mold-Masters China in Kunshan City continues to grow quickly both in machine capability and support resources and has become a cornerstone element of Mold-Masters global manufacturing strength. Both these facilities have also embraced the lean manufacturing philosophy resulting in increased capacity and decreased delivery times.
Mold-Masters also has recently opened a sales and service office in Coimbatore, India to help support the rapidly expanding South Asian Market. It now has 10 sales and service staff effectively supporting the region.
