Ideal for molding components such as interior trim panels, lamp housings, bumper fascia or other large parts, the innovative “drop-in/connect and go” design of the Fusion-Series™ assures quick start-ups and easier operation. Fusion-Series™ hot runner nozzles are mounted to the manifold and pre-assembled prior to installation. The independent temperature control of the front nozzle zone allows for a wider processing window. |

Modular and Versatile |

Features include nozzles up to 900 mm in length, bore sizes up to 25 mm, and handling shot weights up to 3500 g per nozzle. The Fusion-Series™ line is available with a variety of gating methods – hot tip, sprue or valve gate. Dual thermocouples (primary & secondary) are utilized for the nozzle and manifold heaters. Utilizing a modular concept, the Fusion-Series™ hot runner system is ideal for the automotive and large part industries. |
